About the event

Join us this half term to learn all about our UK woodpecker species and how you can help them, and other birds, in your garden. You'll have the chance to:

  • Make a log bird feeder perfect for woodpeckers
  • Make fat ball feeders
  • Learn all about bird nests and have a go out our bird nest challenge to see if you can make your own

Please note making the log bird feeders involves the use of hand tools so close adult supervision is required. Most suitable for ages 5+.

CAR PARKING: Car parking charges apply for Summer Leys and can be paid for on the day (card payments only). Parking for members of the Wildlife Trust BCN is FREE - Members MUST register their vehicles to access free parking, for more information please visit here.
