About the event

Join us for an afternoon of fun exploring and learning about Pegsdon Hills and the animals that live there - the grazers and the wildlife. This activity is part of the Chilterns Walking Festival 2025.

As well as meeting Pegsdon's lambs and working sheepdog Hope, we will be going for a guided walk to discover the rare flowers, butterflies and birdlife found around Pegsdon Hills. We will also be creating some spring-related crafts to take home with you.

The guided walk will run from 2.00pm to 3.30pm.

Please note this event is planned with families in mind and aimed at primary aged children but all ages are welcome.

Please dress appropriately for the conditions with long trousers and closed-toed shoes highly recommended to avoid bites, stings and prickles from the insects and plants onsite.

Please be aware that in a case of bad weather, this event may be rescheduled.
