About the event

Feeding the birds in winter can help them survive the cold weather when other food is scarce. In this session, we'll show you how to create a refillable bird feeder by upcycling old mugs.

Whilst we're waiting for our feeders to set, you can decorate your own wooden bird to take home.

Involves the use of hot fat so close adult supervision is required. Please note that we will be using animal fats and seeds to make our bird feeders so this activity may not be suitable for vegans or those with severe nut allergies.

Most suitable for ages 4+
