About the event

There are 36 species of mosquito in Great Britain, comprising two sub-families and six genera. One-third of the species are uncommon or rare. This workshop will focus on gaining basic identification skills for distinguishing genera in the field/lab that will enable people to take things further and make valuable contributions to our knowledge of the distribution and ecology of the British fauna.
