About the event

Join us and help us plant our new community orchard, next to the Community Garden.

Orchards are not only great for providing fruit for us to eat, they're also great for wildlife. The blossom provides an important nectar source for insects in Springtime and their fruit provides a feast for birds and other animals in the Autumn.

Meet at the Rushden Lakes community garden (at the start of the Greenway adjacent to AJ cycles).

This project is being funded by The Crown Estate and is free to attend but please book a ticket so we can manage capacity. A family ticket includes up to 2 children. If you would like to bring more children, please book an additional ticket.

We will be outside so please ensure you wear suitable footwear and clothing. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Most suitable for ages 5+
