About the event

Join us and learn about the problem with plastics, how you can shop more sustainably and the simple substitutions you can make in your home to be more environmentally friendly.

We'll be getting creative and making some simple DIY items that can help you reduce your plastic consumption at home. You'll be able to choose three options from: beeswax wraps, beeswax lip balms, bath bombs and body scrubs.

We'll also demonstrate how you can make simple yet effective cleaning products (bring your own spray bottle if you'd like to take a sample home to try).

Workshops will take place on Sunday 15th September and Friday 27th September.

This event is being sponsored by Rushden Lakes and is intended for adults. Children over 11 years old may attend but must be supervised by an adult.
