About the event

This walk will start from the Wardown House Museum and then head to Stockingstone Meadow, taking in a stretch of the River Lea before exploring the orchard areas close to Bide a While. We aim to return to Wardown Park by 3.30pm.

This programme of walks is designed to highlight some of the hidden areas of natural beauty in Luton and are short enough to be accessible to most levels of fitness. However many will be on softer, natural paths so please do contact us if you have concerns about accessibility.

Please bring along some water, suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear
