About the event

Please note: Due to the high level of interest for this years AGM, bookings to attend in person have now closed as we have reached the maximum capacity of the venue. We will be hosting a live stream of the meeting online for any members who have been unable to book to attend in person. Instructions for how to view the live stream will be shared in the coming months. We will be hosting more walks at Strawberry Hill in the future so please do keep a look out on our event pages for further details.

Join us for inspiration and insight about what the Trust is doing for local wildlife with your support, plus a great chance to mingle with other Trust members, volunteers, staff and trustees. We’d love to see you at this year’s Members’ Day and if you’ve never been to one of these events before, why not think about it this year? You will also have a chance to explore one of our nature reserves, in the expert company of people who know the site well. If you have been before, you’ll know what a great day it is, and we’d love to see you again!

This year we will be at Sharnbrook Academy, Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire, MK44 1JL, starting at 9.30 with tea and coffee followed by talks from a range of speakers.

The formal AGM is at 12 noon, on Saturday 19th October 2024, followed by a buffet lunch bag. In the afternoon you can enjoy a guided walk around Strawberry Hill to see this incredible place and experience how nature has been reclaiming it over the last 35 years.

Alternatively, and especially if you would prefer not to join a walk, we will be offering sustainability themed activities at the venue. The walks will take approximately 90 minutes. Please note the terrain is very uneven and there are no accessible pathways through the reserve at this time. There is no parking at Strawberry Hill, and we request that you join the coach trip rather than making your own way by car.
