...just five minutes spent in nature can improve people’s sense of self-esteem and mood.
Regular sessions for young people
Little bugs, Wildlife Watch and Youth Ranger groups meet up regularly (usually once a month) to share a love of nature. There is no need to sign-up for more than one session at a time, but we find participants always want to come back!
We have oceans of opportunities and resources to help young people and families to connect with nature and while we've had to put our jam-packed schedule of events and activities on hold for now, our experienced Education Team will be bringing you a wealth of resources to support teaching children about nature.
Find your local learning experience
Our Activity Centres provide wonderful natural settings with dedicated teams leading engaging ways for families to enjoy the outdoors. These include bug hunts, pond dipping, den building, insect days and night adventures looking for bats, glow worms and magnificent moths.
