Terms & Conditions

If you are lucky enough to win the 6-week Forest School programme, we will require your school to fill out a booking form prior to the visit. This will be necessary to ensure preparations for the day are completed in a timely manner. This allows any necessary adaptations or accommodation either for health and safety reasons or to help individuals with additional needs achieve more from the programme and that these are carefully planned and actioned.

The booking form includes an outline of the programme, objectives of the sessions and a confirmation section to be completed and returned to Ruth Sneath in advance of the programme starting. There will be information which contains all relevant health and safety issues, risk assessments etc.

We would ask for the school to sign a Wildlife Trust BCN media consent form for two or more of the Forest School participants. We would also require the school to fill in a post programme evaluation form and a 6-month evaluation form and provide some quotes from the children and teachers.

One member of your staff will be expected to attend each session as well as a pre-visit.

The Wildlife Trust BCN will store the relevant information after the visit/event as part of our Health and safety and safeguarding policy.
