About the event

This workshop is a follow on from the ‘Introduction to Spiders’ workshop previously run at Ring Haw field station. Following fieldwork on the reserve, there will be an introduction to the use of microscopic examination to identify spiders down to species level. This intermediate workshop will establish the ground rules for microscopic examination of spiders and will provide an introduction to the identification of the large family of money spiders – the Linyphiidae.
